Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
Anyone may refer a business, including clients, freelancers, consultants, and agency partners. However, self-referrals (referring your own business) are not eligible.
2. Qualified Referral
A qualified referral is:
- A new client who has not previously contacted or worked with 90 Day Marketing.
- A business that signs up for and completes the full 90-day marketing transformation.
- A business that is referred through the official form or direct email contact@90day.marketing introduction before initial contact.
3. Commission Payout
- Referrers will receive 10% of the total value of the referred client’s 90-day project.
- Commission is paid within 15 days after the referred client completes the 90-day engagement and all payments are collected.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer.
4. Multiple Referrals
If the same business is referred by multiple people, the commission will be awarded to the person who referred first (based on timestamp of email or form submission).
5. Referral Validity
Referrals are valid for 90 days from the date of submission. If the referred client signs up after this period, the commission is no longer eligible.
6. Right to Refuse
90 Day Marketing reserves the right to decline a referred client if they are not a good fit, or to disqualify referrals in cases of fraud, abuse, or non-compliance with these terms.
7. Program Changes
90 Day Marketing may modify, pause, or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice. Commissions earned before any changes will still be honored.
