Public Offer Agreement
1. General Provisions
This document is an official offer (public offer) from Sole Proprietor/LLP “Samurai”, BIN 940705350084, hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider,” and contains all the essential terms for the provision of services.
By making a payment, the User fully agrees to the terms of this offer.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Service Provider agrees to provide marketing services starting with the development of a 90-day marketing plan, followed by visual identity design, website development, and lead generation via Google Ads. The User agrees to pay for these services.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is made via the BCC.kz payment system for the following services:
- 90-Day Marketing Plan – 100% prepayment
- Visual Identity Design – 100% prepayment
- Website Development – 50% prepayment, 50% upon website launch
- Google Ads Management – 100% payment at the end of the month
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are only available if services cannot be provided due to the fault of the Service Provider. In all other cases, refunds are not issued.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The Service Provider agrees to:
- Deliver services with quality and on time
- Provide consultations on matters related to the agreement
- The User agrees to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Pay for the services in full and on time
6. Liability
The Parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance of their obligations in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
